Kimberly Sullivan Gray
While I was born in the greater L.A. area, I actually spent the first 10 years of my life growing up in a small rural town in Kern County, before moving to Modesto in 1989. This was a nice blend as my more citified parents always kept me exposed to various cultural endeavors throughout the years!
I attended Beyer High school, and later moved away to get my degrees, (law & society and sociology) from the University of California at Santa Barbara. I began there in vocal performance as this was a passion of mine, but decided on a more practical route. I graduated in 2000, and then off to law school at McGeorge School of Law, in Sacramento, where I graduated in 2003.
I began getting very involved with cat rescue groups while in law school, and fostered numerous cats over the years! I am proud to be involved with ASTRO Foundation, where I can once again re-connect with my passion for animals, as well as assist the group with legal issues, when able.
While I am a wife and mother of a quite precocious 9 year old daughter, I continue to juggle my working life as an attorney at Dickerson Law in Oakdale, specializing in estate planning, and working at my parent’s store, Creative Water Gardens in Escalon. This dichotomy of jobs allows me to use my legal skills, and I can still play in the dirt!
